About the Founder

G.R.A.C.E.™ was founded by someone who has spent years supporting her

mother through the gradual progression of dementia and memory loss.

Her mother moved in with her family in 2019. At first, the memory lapses

were subtle and easy to overlook, but over time they became more frequent,

and her mother’s needs grew. What began as occasional support gradually

became a daily, ongoing caregiving role woven into every part of home life.

As her mother’s short-term memory declined, she adapted her routines and

work life to stay nearby and available throughout the day. Working from

home allowed her to be present, to check in easily, and to provide the

comfort and structure her mother needed — all while supporting her own

family and career.

Through this evolving journey, she realized something important:

many families don’t have someone who can adjust their lives this way,

and even when they do, the emotional and mental load can be overwhelming.

That realization became the driving force behind G.R.A.C.E.™

Her purpose is simple:

to make a real difference.

G.R.A.C.E.™ is being built to bring dignity, calm, structure, and connection

to older adults — while giving families the support, confidence, and

peace of mind they deserve throughout the aging journey.
